At Shifting Mindsets Consulting we see a future where at-risk youth and children with disabilities have access to the resources and community engagement tools they need to be successful. The work we do in the community is all about children, as we refuel futures by providing opportunities to build skills, connect with others, and engage in the community.

We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box and keeping a positive and energetically attitude well we determine the most efficient way to help you.
Shifting Mindsets Consulting was founded in 2022 by Dr. Jennifer Zynda. Dr. Zynda was born and raised in central Wisconsin and has a vision to continue her work in this community by utilizing over 20 years of experience in helping the youth. Dr. Zynda has always and will continue to put the interest of children above all else.

Dr. Zynda has an extensive background dedicated to the success of children. Her education includes the following:

Doctorate of Education in Educational Administration & Leadership from Edgewood College
Dr. Zynda's has served in many roles, including Substitute Teacher, School Counselor, School Psychologist, and Director of Student Services and Special Education. This experience allows Dr. Zynda and Shifting Mindsets Consulting to bring diverse and valuable knowledge to each and every scenario.
